Refund & Return Policy
- Returns are only permitted if the customer has received the wrong item(s) from Sahulat Electronics.
- Returned items must be unused, unscratched, and in their original packaging, or in the same condition as received at the time of delivery.
- Items will not be accepted for return if they are damaged, scratched, or used.
- Returns for wrong items will only be processed if the original invoice or receipt is presented.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are advised to inspect items at the time of delivery, as return claims will not be entertained if items are not checked upon receipt.
- For items such as ACs, UPS units, burners, range hoods, and cooking ranges, which cannot be fully checked at the time of delivery, complaints must be registered within 5 working days of delivery.
