Online Order Placement & Physical Verification Process

Customers may provide the initial details for a chosen product via this website; however, all further procedures will be carried out physically. Sahulat Electronics requires the following documentation to process orders:

Required Documents:

1. A copy of the applicant’s CNIC
2. Two (2) signed references in the prescribed format
3. On-site verification of the applicant and the residential addresses of their references
4. Agreement duly signed by the applicant
5. Undertaking duly signed by the applicant
6. Advance payment, which will be collected at the time of delivery
7. Post-dated cheques (PDCs) issued in the name of “Sahulat Electronics (Private) Limited”, as per the installment schedule (case-by-case basis)
8. Copy of a utility bill (case-by-case basis)

Upon delivery, the delivery officer will obtain a signed copy of the delivery note from the customer and capture a photograph of the product being received. Customers are required to carefully read and sign the delivery note, confirming the receipt of the item(s) and any accompanying accessories.

Process Information

1. Sahulat Electronics reserves the right to decline any application request for any reason, with or without notifying the user.
2. The processing of an order will commence only after the submission of all required documents by the applicant.
3. Only one product may be purchased per CNIC. Sahulat Electronics may approve the purchase of additional products based on the customer’s previous performance and financial history.
4. Post-dated cheques (PDCs) must be issued in cities where Sahulat Electronics is operational.
5. There are no form fees or delivery charges. If anyone requests such fees, please inform Sahulat Electronics at 0331-5910556 or via email at complaints@sahulatelectronics.pk.
6. Product warranty claims must be made directly with the respective brand or its authorized service center in accordance with the brand’s standard warranty terms.
7. For refurbished laptops, Sahulat Electronics provides a one-year warranty.
8. Sahulat Electronics does not provide insurance coverage for any item purchased through the platform.
9. If a delivered product is not functioning properly, customers must notify the manufacturer within 48 hours of delivery and also inform the Sahulat Electronics team.
10. Motorcycle insurance is the sole responsibility of the applicant and must be arranged prior to using the vehicle on the road.
11. Sahulat Electronics will retain the warranty card and product packaging until all installments are fully paid.
12. Sahulat Electronics reserves the right to modify product availability and prices at any time, with or without notice. However, once a deal is confirmed, the agreed price will not change due to market fluctuations.
13. Product images and display content on the website are for reference only. Actual product features and specifications (including but not limited to appearance, color, and size) as well as display content (including but not limited to backgrounds, UI, and icons) may vary.
14. Product availability depends on market conditions, and delivery timelines depend on vendor lead times; actual delivery dates may vary.

For detailed information, customers should consult the product details on the vendor’s official website. Actual data may vary due to differences in individual products, software versions, application conditions, or environmental factors. While Sahulat Electronics strives to prevent inconvenience caused by human error, typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing may occur. Sahulat Electronics reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice. Users are advised to exercise due diligence before entering into any agreement.
16. Due to real-time variations in product batches, production, supply, and market conditions, Sahulat Electronics may update product descriptions, specifications, and images on the website to reflect the actual product. Such adjustments may occur without notice.
17. Sahulat Electronics may utilize the services of credit risk assessment providers to evaluate users’ credit history and determine whether to approve orders.
18. In the event of default, Sahulat Electronics may report your profile to the e-CIB after providing an opportunity to amicably settle outstanding dues.

For financing related to the purchase of electronics, mobile phones, or other consumer goods on an installment basis (including under Islamic modes such as Musawamah), disclosure of the profit rate is not required. In such cases, the total price, including profit, along with down payments and monthly installment amounts, will be clearly communicated to the customer.
3. Consent on Key Terms: Sahulat Electronics will obtain the customer’s explicit consent on all key terms before disbursing any facility or completing a transaction.
4. Corporate Information: The company will prominently display its full corporate name and licensing status on all lending platforms, applications, websites, documentation, promotional materials, and advertisements.
5. No Harassment: Under no circumstances will Sahulat Electronics engage in harassment, intimidation, or coercive tactics to enforce payments.
6. Grace Period: Customers experiencing financial hardship may be granted an extension of up to two months to make payments.
7. Recovery and Legal Action: If a customer is unable to pay after the grace period, Sahulat Electronics reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover the outstanding amount and repossess the financed product, including recovery of associated litigation costs.
8. Data Security: Customer information will be stored on local servers with appropriate security measures and treated as strictly confidential. Access will be provided to employees strictly on a need-to-know basis.
9. Mobile Access: Sahulat Electronics will not request access to customers’ mobile devices under any circumstances.

Grievances

Users have full rights to submit complaints or provide feedback if they are dissatisfied with the services provided by Sahulat Electronics. Complaints or feedback can be submitted in writing or via email to: complaints@sahulatelectronics.pk.

Refunds

In the event that a user deposits an amount exceeding the amount due, the excess will be applied toward the next installment. If this occurs during the payment of the final installment, the user may contact support at complaints@sahulatelectronics.pk to request a refund of the excess amount. Refunds in such cases will be processed within 45 days.
